The Pizzey Park Master Plan was developed in 2021 in collaboration with the community, local sporting clubs, and community organisations. The Master Plan provides a strategic vision for the park’s development over the next decade.

The key projects below will help to reshape the parklands into the Gold Coast’s premier sports, recreation, and lifestyle destination, with all works set for completion ahead of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Proposed improvements to the parklands provide opportunities for the site to host and manage large number of visitors for community events. Events could include training camps and qualifying events for the upcoming Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
