Bilinga – Pacific Parade road and path works Works are underway to upgrade the road and path at Pacific Parade between Musgrave Street and Johnston Street.
Burleigh Heads & Tallebudgera – Old Coach Rd upgrade – Stage 2 We are planning further upgrades to Old Coach Road to improve capacity, road safety, community connections and reduce traffic congestion.
Burleigh Heads – Koala Park transport management study The study considered at community concerns about creating a safe and efficient transport system in Koala Park.
Bus stop disability access upgrade We are upgrading our bus stops to ensure they are accessible and inclusive to all, particularly people with disabilities, medical conditions, and seniors.
Coolangatta – Rutledge Street retaining wall works Works are underway to upgrade the retaining wall on Rutledge Street, Coolangatta.
Coolangatta – Tweed Street infrastructure works We are upgrading the retaining wall and water main along Tweed Street between Dutton and McLean streets. This section of road will be closed and detours in place during works.
Coomera – Beattie Road intersection upgrades We are upgrading 2 intersections along Beattie Road at Whitewater Way and Dreamworld Parkway in Coomera, outside Dreamworld.
Currumbin North shared path We are investigating options for a widened shared path along Duringan Street, between Currumbin Beach car park at The Alley and the Gold Coast Highway.
Currumbin State School – cycle and pedestrian improvements We have upgraded the road design on Philip Street and Mitchell Avenue, Currumbin to make it safer for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists.
