You can use BPAY® to pay your Council invoices and notices from your cheque or savings account.

By phone

You can use your credit card or debit card to make payments by phone.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We accept Mastercard or Visa. A credit card surcharge of 0.75% applies.

Reference number: Use the Notice Number shown on your bill.

By mail

You can post your payments to us using a cheque, money order or bank draft (in Australian dollars).

Please make your payments payable to ‘City of Gold Coast’.

Post your payment, with the detachable deposit slip portion of your notice, to:

In person

Pay in person at any Customer Service Centre by cheque, money order, debit card, MasterCard or Visa (no cash accepted).

(Note: Cash payments for rates and water notices can be made at any Commonwealth Bank branch (with no surcharge) and Australia Post locations (transaction fee applies) across Australia.)

 

Permits and licence renewals (acknowledgements / no fee)

Some permits and licences do not attract an annual fee (such as resident parking permits and food business licences). These permits and licences are renewed by an acknowledgement to Council.
