Find out how to renew your licence or permit if there is no renewal fee or if payment of a fee is required.
Certain permits and licences do not attract an annual fee (e.g. resident parking permit, food business licence) and are renewed by way of acknowledgement to the City.
If you have no renewal fee to pay, you can renew your permit or licence using one of the methods below.
To renew your permit or licence online, you must first register for My Account – a secure customer account accessed with your unique user name and password. If you haven't yet registered, visit My Account for more information.
You can also use My Account to cancel the licence/permit or update details at the time of renewal.
If registered, click on the link below to sign in to My Account. A new window will open to display the online tool. Once signed in, select 'Permits and licensing' then 'Licence renewal or response' from the menu. If you have a permit or licence due for renewal, it will be displayed here.
