Use this application to:
- modify the fit-out of the premises
- modify the operation or the personal appearance services provided
- request a change to conditions of approval
- change business or contact information.
You can not use this application to change the licensee.
How to apply
Only the licensee may apply to amend a personal appearance service licence.
Fees do not apply for changes to business or contact information, or other amendments if the licensee is eligible for nil fee. Should fees apply, you will be issued an invoice with payment required before your application is processed.
You are eligible for nil fee if:
- you own, rent or lease a rateable property within the City of Gold Coast, or
- are a registered charity, voluntary sporting, community, religious or incorporated not for profit organisation.
