Footpaths
Our City Maintenance Officers repair public footpaths that are a trip hazard.
We do not repair trip hazards caused by damaged Telstra pits on footpaths. If you notice a trip hazard caused by a Telstra pit, please complete Telstra's online form or call them on 13 22 03.
If you notice a public footpath that needs repairing, please report the problem to us. You can either:

Potholes
Our City Maintenance Officers repair potholes on our roads.
If you notice a pothole or road damage that is affecting traffic movement and causing a danger to the public, please call us on 07 5667 5974 as soon as possible.

If you notice a pothole or road damage, please report it to us. Please provide as much information as possible, including:
- road name, suburb and specific location
- photos of the damage.

Road spills or debris
Our roads are swept regularly, and most road spills or debris will be collected in our routine cleaning.
Please only report a road spill or debris if it is affecting traffic movement.
If the problem is causing a danger to the public, please contact us by phone on 07 5667 5974 as soon as possible.

Stormwater drains
Stormwater drains need to be clear to allow rainwater to flow to our waterways.
If you notice blocked stormwater drains or if you are affected by stormwater run-off, please report it to us.

Street lights
Our city's street lights are maintained by Energex. To report a broken street light, please call Energex on 13 62 62 or complete their online form.
Street signs - damaged or missing
We maintain street signs on local streets. Street signs on main roads and motorways are maintained by the Queensland Government.
If you notice any problems with street signs on local streets, please report the problem to us. This includes damaged or missing:
- street name signs
- parking signs
- speed limit signs
- hazard signs.

Report A DAMAGED OR MISSING STREET SIGN
If you notice any problems with street signs on main roads or motorways, or if you notice any problems with traffic control signs (such as speed limit signs or warning signs about bends in the road), please contact Queensland Transport and Main Roads on 13 QGOV (13 74 68).

If you notice any damaged, missing or dirty bus shelters or roadside furniture, please report the problem to us. You can either:
