Better bike maintenance

We want you to have the best experience possible at our bike workshops, so we recommend the following:
- Stay hydrated by bringing water with you.
- Protect yourself from the sun by wearing sunscreen and a hat.
- Wear a helmet and appropriate clothes and shoes for riding.
- Bring a safe bike that is suitable for your size. By this, we mean a bike frame that is the correct height for you, so you can comfortably sit on the seat with your feet touching the ground.
- Don't forget to check the tyre pressure and chain. If you’re not sure how to do this, make sure you check in with the instructor before starting the workshop.
Please don't worry if you are new to bike riding or feeling nervous – we'll provide all the guidance you need. Just come with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! If we need to cancel or reschedule any workshops due to unforeseen circumstances – like bad weather – we'll let you know as soon as possible.
