Bruce Bishop Carpark

Bruce Bishop carpark offers 1600 car spaces on seven levels, with 24 hour CCTV surveillance and security patrols.

Vehicles over 2.08 metres high may not enter the carpark. Trailers are also not permitted in this carpark.

*Purchase your long-stay ticket or pass (except Early Bird) immediately after parking your vehicle from the pay stations. Please press the assistance button to purchase these passes.

We do not accept cash payments for parking. Please pay using a credit or debit card – Mastercard or Visa only. American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted. Note that payments by credit card may incur a surcharge.

Pay stations are located on the ground level near the Beach Road entry, on the upper level near the Ferny Avenue entry, and outside the lifts at the front of the Transit Centre.

Payments by credit/debit cards can also be made at the exit lanes.

Three-day, weekly and monthly passes

To buy a three-day, weekly or monthly pass:

enter the car park by taking a ticket from the entry terminal
buy your long-stay ticket (except Early Bird) from the pay stations immediately after parking your vehicle. Please press the assistance button to purchase these passes.

Please note:

the carpark pass is not be used for rental vehicles that are being returned for collection or ride share vehicles on standby
holding a carpark pass does not guarantee a parking space.

Refunds of unused passes

Refunds are at our discretion and only apply where a substantial amount of prepaid parking time is not or has not been used.

There are no refunds for:

casual and weekly parking
concessional parking
payments for lost tickets
unused portion of carpark passes issued for one month or less.

Exception: where you have been accidentally overcharged by the automatic pay stations.

Disabled parking spaces

There are 12 disabled parking spots at the carpark:

6 on the ground floor just past the Beach Road entry
6 on lower level 1, just in front of the lifts.

All vehicles using these facilities must display a current disabled parking label. Interstate and overseas labels are also accepted. Vehicles with this permit will be exempt from fees.

Press the assistance button on any pay station or exit terminal and present your parking ticket along with your valid disabled parking permit to obtain an exit pass free of charge.
