Parking permits may be available for people who regularly park within the city's regulated parking areas and timed parking sections of road, as indicated by directional signs (conditions apply).

Parking permit renewals: Parking permits are valid for one calendar year from 1 January to 31 December. If you have no change of details and no renewal fee to pay, you can renew your permit using one of the methods described on our Permits & licensing renewals page.
Eligible residents can apply for a permit to park in a time-limited parking area, subject to conditions.
Eligible residents living in a time-limited parking area can apply for a permit to allow visitors to park, subject to conditions.
