Request replacement parking permit documentation

You may apply for a replacement permit if your permit is lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged. You may also request a replacement of any approval documentation associated with your permit.

Only the approval holder may apply for replacement approval documentation.

Council's Nil Fee policy applies to this type of request. Residents, and businesses operating out of a rateable property within the Gold Coast, will be eligible for a nil fee. Any businesses operating from outside the Gold Coast will incur a fee, for which our officers will issue a request for payment.

You will need to provide an authorised and completed statutory declaration stating the reason for replacement with your request.

Step 2.Complete the application form

Step 3.Send us your completed application form

Email a scanned copy of your completed application form and statutory declaration to mail@goldcoast.qld.gov.au

In person

Step 3.Visit one of our customer service centres

Submit your completed application form and statutory declaration at one of our customer service centres (Monday to Friday between 8.15am and 4.30pm).
