Plumbing Assist – free essential plumbing work
Plumbing Assist is a free service available to eligible customers experiencing financial hardship.
The service for your owner-occupied private property includes:
- a free water leak audit
- minor repair or replacement of inefficient or leaking water fittings and fixtures.

Assistance with bins

Assistance with mowing (nature strips fronting residential properties)
Residents who have difficulty maintaining their nature strip may be eligible for assistance with mowing.
In-home library service
Gold Coast Libraries offer an in-home library service for residents unable to leave their homes due to illness or disability.

Home maintenance and modification
Home Assist Secure – The Queensland Government administers the Home Assist Secure program to assist people to remain in their own homes. Home Maintenance and Modification program – The St Vincent de Paul Society provides a home maintenance and modification program for people who are frail, aged or have a disability.
