Graffiti prevention education program

The Graffiti Prevention Education Program includes resources that educate children and young people about the personal, community and environmental consequences of graffiti.

This project was funded by a grant from the Australian Government.

Program materials feature 14 ready-to-use lesson plans and activities for students from Foundation to Year 12. Content includes:

  • fact sheets
  • role play
  • colouring and activity sheets
  • about responsibilities
  • learning the consequences
  • content for developing a sense of community.

Help us prevent graffiti

If you spot graffiti in the city, please, report it to the Graffiti Hotline on 07 5667 5674, email us at graffiti@goldcoast.qld.gov.au, online, or via the City app.

We install urban art as a graffiti prevention treatment and partner with local artists, schools, and community groups.
