Host your next school swimming carnival at one of the Gold Coast’s premier aquatic centres — Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, Pimpama Sports Hub or Palm Beach Aquatic Centre. Our aquatic centres are equipped to help schools host smooth, enjoyable and memorable swim carnivals. With flexible packages that include all the essentials, we make it easy to run a fun, safe and well-organised event for students and staff.
School swimming carnival packages include:
- 6 hours of exclusive pool hire
- PA system and microphones
- Shade marquees (3m × 3m)
- Timekeepers’ seating and marshalling area
- Function/pool deck room for officials and administration
- Dedicated lifeguard
- Venue entry for students, officials and spectators
- Accessible facilities (hoists, ramps, lifts, change rooms)

School swimming programs
Our centres offer AUSTSWIM qualified instructors to facilitate swimming and water safety lessons for primary and secondary school students. The programs align with the National Swimming and Water Safety Framework and the Australian Curriculum.
Programs can be tailored to suit the school term scheduling by offering either daily or weekly intensive lessons, between 9am and 2:30pm Monday to Friday.

School diving programs
For schools looking for variety in their sport program, Gold Coast Aquatic Centre provides learn to dive options through the local dive club.
Half-day or weekly lesson are available and can be designed to suit the schools requirements.
