Pre-purchase a burial or ashes site

Planning now can give you and your family peace of mind and ease the burden on your loved ones during difficult times.

You can pre plan your funeral with a funeral director, but you will need to deal with us directly to pre-purchase a burial or ashes site.

Planning ahead

Consider the following questions to help you get the conversation started:

• Would you prefer to be buried or cremated after you die?
• Where would you like your grave or ashes to be located?
• Some sites can be chosen for more than one person. Would you like to plan for other family members as well so you can be together? 

To ensure burial sites are available for those who need them in the future, pre-purchasing of burial sites is currently unavailable at Mudgeeraba Cemetery, Southport General Cemetery and Southport Lawn Cemetery.

We understand this may be disappointing for people wishing to plan ahead, and we thank you for your understanding as we work to ensure burial sites are available when they are needed most.
