Centre details

The Pacific Pines Community Centre features meeting and activity spaces for hire by any member of the community. Generous discounts are offered to not for profit and interest groups.

The Community Centre building is located on Wajin Park. The adjacent sports fields are booked and managed separately to the Community Centre. Fields can be booked on the Sport right of use webpage.

Capacity

Multi-purpose hall: 150 people – theatre style

Activity room: 90 people – theatre style

Meeting room 1: 10 people – boardroom style

Meeting room 3: 4 people – office/consultation room

Meeting room 4: 4 people – office/consultation room

Hire a room

There are 6 easy steps to hire a room:

3. Complete the online booking enquiry form to check availability

4. Finalise the finer details with our team

One of our team members will be in contact within 3 working days of submitting your enquiry form to find out more about your activity and any equipment you may require.

5. Pay for your booking in advance

You'll receive a 'Notice to Pay' to the email address you provide on the enquiry form. All bookings must be paid in advance.

6. Attend an induction

All hirers are required to attend an induction. Inductions may vary from a simple Fire, Health and Safety introduction to the room you've hired, to a more complex induction including equipment use and licensing if you are holding a large event.

After school and school holiday program

Wesley Mission provides youth programs on behalf of the City.

The after school program runs Tuesday and Friday each week and provides physical, musical, craft and social activities for young people aged between 12 and 17 years.

School holiday programs run for between one and 4 weeks, depending on the length of the school holiday break. Wesley Mission youth workers facilitate a full week of fun activities for young people aged between 12 and 17 years.
