Located on level 2 of the venue our rooms offer the ideal setting for all kinds of meetings. Our team can set the space in your desired layout and provide catering for groups as small as 10 or as large as 500.

Audio visual equipment

Each room has audio-visual equipment available in any combination of the following:

• data projector
• 49-inch HD TV screens – HDMI input and FTA capabilities
• DVD
• fixed and mobile whiteboards
• lecterns/microphones

We provide AV support on site for the duration of your meeting.

Conference facilities

We can host conferences for up to 500 people depending on your preferred room layout. The Currumbin room has expansive views of the Gold Coast Hinterland and is bathed in natural light. Or you might choose to host in our Tallebudgera room overlooking Hall 1 with access to the members' bar. You can also join both rooms to create the perfect conference venue.

You have options to create flexible spaces that might include break out areas or team building activities. The rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art AV and Wi-Fi. Staging and lecterns are available to hire and there are delicious, healthy catering options.
