Additional commercial and/or shared waste recycling collection

You can request additional, pre-paid services to your scheduled waste and recycling collections.

You will need to complete and submit an application, and payment of service fees(PDF, 29KB) is required before services can occur.

Replacement costs are applicable for damaged or stolen bins. For any bulk bins and/or RORO (roll-on, roll-off) bins, replacement costs will apply.

How to apply

You can apply online or download the pre-paid additional services application form to submit by mail or in person.

Upon receipt of this completed form, you will be sent a payment notice for the requested service.

Submit your application and pay at one of our customer service centres between 8.15am and 4.30pm.
