Additional commercial waste & recycling collection

You can request additional, pre-paid services to your scheduled waste and recycling collections.

These services include:

  • additional services on existing bin collection agreement
  • temporary additional waste and recycling services (up to 3 months).

Replacement costs as outlined in our Register of fees and charges are payable for damaged or stolen bins. For any bulk bins and/or RORO (roll-on, roll-off) bins, replacement charges will be the actual cost depending on the size of the bins and extend of the damage.

How to apply

You can register to set up an account, apply online or download the additional services application form to submit by mail or in person.

Upon receipt of this completed form and payment, a City Waste Management Officer will contact you to arrange an appointment to determine the defined service point.
