Where the kerbside collection service is available, every home should have a general waste bin with a dark green or red lid. This bin is collected on the same day every week.
To find out what day your bin is collected, use Find my bin day.
If your bin collection was missed, or your bin has been damaged or stolen, let us know. Our Report a problem page has all the information you need.
