Need help with your bins?
The two types of services we offer to help you make sure your bins are in place for collection and returned to their designated spot within your property after collection are:
Upon receipt of a completed form, a City Waste Management Officer will contact you to arrange an appointment to determine the defined service point.
*If help required is due to a missed bin collection, or your bin has been damaged or stolen, let us know. Our Report a problem page has all the information you need.
First consider whether family members/carers/service people/neighbours might be able to help you with this task. If all other avenues are exhausted, you will need to obtain written support from your medical professional.
To apply:
- Go to your medical professional and complete the online form together, as both signatures are required before you submit.
- Complete and submit the form online.

Once they complete and sign their section of the form, you can submit your application at one of our customer service centres (Monday to Friday between 8.15am and 4.30pm). Or you can post to us at:
