Who can order bins?

Property owners can order residential bins. We also provide commercial kerbside waste collection for body corporates and businesses.

A standard residential bin set includes:

Each bin has its size (in litres), weight limit and Australian Standard details stamped along the top edge.

You can choose options to better suit your household and help reduce landfill waste:

Downside your general waste bin – if you produce less general waste, you can switch to a smaller 140 litre general waste bin.
Upsize your recycling bin – you can upgrade to a larger 360 litre recycling bin, increasing your recycling capacity by up to 50%.

We don’t offer upsized green organics bins because organic waste is often heavier and the extra weight could damage bins and collection trucks.

Instead, you can order an additional green organics bin:

multiple bins will be collected on your usual collection day
annual service fee: $80.76 per bin
property owners and tenants can apply (body corporate approval may be required).

If you regularly recycle and separate your waste, you may be eligible for a Sustainability Bundle.

It is available for property owners – tenants require owner or body corporate approval.

If you choose a sustainability bundle, you’ll receive a discount on your annual waste charge.

You can arrange temporary waste or recycling bins for up to 3 months.
