A&H Acrobatic and flexibility workshop

Learn some acro tricks and work on your flexibility and strength in this fun workshop. Everyone gets the chance to flip on an air track while listening to some of the latest tunes. All participants to bring a yoga mat or large towel to use when doing stretches. For ages from 6 years.
