A&H @Home 8 Min Workout + Guided Mantra

In this recording you'll be completing a short 8 minute exercise routine (including warm-up) coached by Ross to get your body moving and endorphins flowing. Perfect if you are time-poor or struggling with motivation to exercise.

Jayne also facilitates some post-workout mindfulness where she guides you through a breathwork mantra using the words "lam" during your inhale (which helps to open, heal and balance yourself) & "om" on your exhale breath (which produces an alpha state in the brain that gives you a sense of calmness). Breathwork mantras are a great technique you can use for stilling the mind, even if you are beginning your meditation journey.

They run face-to-face Exercise & Mindfulness for your Mental Health Sessions at Justins Park, The Esplanade overlooking the ocean at Burleigh Heads on Saturdays at 9:30am (Meet northern side of Burleigh Heads Surf Life Saving Club - Weather Permitting).
