Functional and simple strength and stretching exercises to improve balance, stability and flexibility.

A progression of easy to follow strength and stretching exercises to train and strengthen muscles, increase mobility in the joints and improve proprioception (body awareness in space).

The teacher will be showing different options and variations customised to participants’ needs and abilities.

The class will finish with a guided meditation for relaxation and healing.

Suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat.
