A&H Trail mates beginner mountain bike ride Nerang

We'll be heading into the Nerang state forest to get in touch with nature. We'll be riding a few of the easier green trails in the mountain bike park and finish back at the Cadence Café where we can grab a morning drink.

These social mountain bike rides are about connection as much as riding. They offer a relaxed, no-pressure environment for riders of all levels – especially those using riding to support their mental health or reconnect with others. The focus is on enjoying the outdoors, getting those endorphins flowing, and rediscovering the simple joy of being active together.

2 hour social ride. Must have working MTB, helmet, water and basic riding skills.
