Women’s Health & Exercise Workshop: What You Should Have Been Taught

Womens-Health-and-Exercise-Workshop.jpg

This women’s health workshop is designed for active women who want to better understand how their bodies respond to exercise, stress and hormonal changes.

The session focuses on two key areas: managing exercise alongside busy lifestyles and hormonal fluctuations, and understanding pelvic floor health and its impact on performance and wellbeing.

You’ll gain practical, evidence-based insights to help you train smarter, reduce injury risk and support long-term health. Topics include how hormones influence strength and recovery, what optimal pelvic health looks like, and simple strategies you can apply immediately.

Led by experienced professionals, this intimate workshop is ideal for women who regularly exercise and want to feel stronger, more confident and in control of their health.

Who is this for?
