The Calm and Confident Kids Program is a supportive, fun, and engaging program designed for children aged 5 to 10 years.

Over 10 weeks, kids learn powerful tools to manage anxiety, build resilience, and grow their self-confidence through playful yoga poses, breathwork, mindfulness games, and creative self-development activities.

Based on yoga therapy principles, each session is carefully designed to help children feel safe, strong, and calm in both their minds and bodies.

By exploring movement, relaxation, and emotional regulation skills, your child will develop a strong foundation for confidence and well-being, skills that last far beyond the mat.

$8 per class drop in or $50 term.

Class price reduced to $5 during school holidays.
