Cacao & Drumming – 1st Thursday of each month

Join us for a heart-opening evening featuring a warm cacao ceremony, gentle guided meditation, and a grounding sound journey with medicine drum and gong. A beautiful way to connect inward and reset your energy.

Creative Therapy & Sound Healing – 3rd Thursday of each month

Unwind and explore the healing power of creativity. This session includes a mindful creative arts activity paired with a soothing sound healing experience – an opportunity to relax, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

Yoga mats are provided. Feel free to bring a cushion or blanket for added comfort during meditation.

Spaces are limited – bookings are essential.
