Genfit’s YouthFit is tailored for children aged 8 to 12 years, focused on building a strong foundation for fitness and healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

This program is designed to cater to the unique needs of growing pre-teens, offering a balanced mix of strength, agility, and endurance training within a fun and motivating environment.
