Through playful laughter exercises and deep breathing of yoga, Laughter Yoga has many physical, emotional, psychological and social benefits for people of all ages.

With the release of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins, Laughter Yoga reduces anxiety and stress by lowering cortisol levels and improving overall wellbeing.

Come along to the Benowa Laughter Club and see why laughter really is the best medicine.

Classes are 45 minutes. No yoga mat required, water recommended.
