These progressive classes hosted by AgeilityFit, David Lawson are the ideal solution for general mobility and health, for those that want to take things slower, or who are just beginning their exercise journey.

Floor work may be involved, however options of using chairs / other supports are always offered.

Take these classes at your own pace, while improving balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination.

Note: Some classes continue over Queensland school holidays. Please check with the instructor to confirm times, dates and additional costs.
