Sound Flow is a fresh, new and accessible 60-minute class that involves connection to breath, gentle movement, contemplation plus a unique sound journey for deep relaxation; with the aim of supporting, you to manage the stress of a busy life and with benefits for mind, body and soul.

Sound Flow is a weaving of stillness, music and somatic practices. Bring your own mats, cushions, warm layers, eye pillows etc, to really enhance the experience.

If chairs are required, these are available at the venue.

Note: Some classes continue over Queensland school holidays. Please check with the instructor to confirm times, dates and costs.
