These social mountain bike rides are about connection as much as riding.

They offer a relaxed, no-pressure environment for riders of all levels – especially those using riding to support their mental health or reconnect with others.

The focus is on enjoying the outdoors, getting those endorphins flowing, and rediscovering the simple joy of being active together.

2 hour social ride. Must have working MTB, helmet and basic riding skills.
