A&H Yin Yoga Burleigh Heads

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, with asanas (postures) that are mostly held for around 3 to 5 minutes for each pose.

This will assist the body on many different levels and bring the body into a rest and digest way of being.

Suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat to the class.

Note: Some classes continue over Queensland school holidays. Please check with the instructor to confirm times, dates and additional costs.
