Perfect for all levels, this class at Ed Hardy Park Miami (North Burleigh side) will combine a nice combination of gentle stretching, light isometric strength training, long holds and flow moves at a slower pace.

Each class is carefully structured to include strength building, awareness of breath, and relaxation techniques, to ensure you will leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and restored.

All levels welcome.

Please note class moves indoors for winter 6.30am to North Burleigh Surf Life Saving Club and resumes outdoors in Spring.

Note: Some classes continue over Queensland school holidays. Please check with the instructor to confirm times, dates and additional costs.
