Suitable for all levels, Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding floor-based poses for extended periods, typically 3-5 minutes.

These poses target connective tissues like ligaments, tendons, and fascia, promoting flexibility and improving circulation.

The practice emphasises stillness, mindfulness, and breathwork, encouraging students to turn inward and observe physical sensations and mental chatter.
