Children will love exploring nature with the Gold Coast Nature Play Passport and they'll learn some pretty cool things along the way.
There are 12 exciting missions celebrating local plants and animals across the Gold Coast including Burleigh Head National Park and the Botanic Gardens.
The passport includes a list of places to visit as well as traditional Indigenous stories shared by Kombumerri man, Clinton Brewer. The passport is decorated by Bundjalung–Yugambeh artist Christine Slabb.

We developed the passport in partnership with Nature Play Queensland and the Yugambeh Region Aboriginal Council.
The nature-based activities developed with Agents of Discovery and Nature Play Queensland deliver on key strategic outcomes of the Our Natural City Strategy.
We also provide support to citizen science projects that contribute to conservation initiatives. These projects collect data to help with research and contribute vital information to the City's Flora and Fauna database.
