Saturday 8:30am: breathwork & meditation
Wednesday (7pm), Friday (6:30pm), Sunday (5pm): The Mantra Room (Sacred Yoga Chanting & Ancient Yoga Wisdom)


Monday to Friday 6am: energy and strength
Monday to Friday 7:30am: Vinyasa flow and grounding Hatha
Saturday 7am: flow and Sadhana
Sunday 8:30am: nourishing Yin
