Gold Coast Regional Botanic Gardens Glider Service

Experience the Gold Coast Regional Botanic Gardens from the comfort of our electric Botanic Gardens Glider.

This service allows visitors with limited mobility to enjoy the Gardens. The Glider can carry a maximum of 6–7 passengers at any time. For the safety of all passengers and volunteers, mobility aids cannot be taken on the Glider. However, it is possible to leave them at the Sensory Garden Pavilion, where they will be safely secured until your return. For safety reasons people under 1.5 metres in height are not permitted on the Glider.

Glider tours run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:30am and 10:45am and also on the first and third Saturdays of each month from 10am (excluding Christmas / New Year period).

Tours depart from the Sensory Garden Pavilion. Along the way your driver will point out some of the unique and interesting native flora and fauna of the region.

Please note: Passengers seated in seats C1 and C2 face backwards.
