When you're constantly trying your best but still feeling like things might fall apart at any moment, the world can quickly become a very dark place. 

Instead of running for cover at the mention of mental health, you can learn the six essential skills to overcome those feelings of dread and doubt.

At Mind Gym, we provide an innovative and engaging mental training program that teaches you to negotiate life in the modern world. Mind Gym is about making mental health conversations and information as accessible and practical as those we have about physical health, without shame, stigma or judgement.

We teach six essential skills designed to help recognise and regulate stress, feelings, thoughts and actions that can take you away from being calm and content. Each skill introduces different exercises to help build an internal 'system' of mental flexibility, strength, and focus, just like a fitness program for your mind.

Perfect for all teenagers, adults, seniors – anyone who needs a little help and who wants to work towards feeling happier and healthier. You can come for one session or all six.
