Mov3 is a fundamental motor skills program based upon the Australian Sports Commission’s Physical Literacy Framework.
Guidance is provided to develop the child’s competency in fundamental movements, such as balance and agility, while also focusing on swimming skills, running technique and bike riding skills.
Delivery of the program is consistent with creating a positive developmental experience that encourages effort, persistence, enjoyment, satisfaction, prolonged engagement with sport and, critically, enhanced self-confidence within and outside of the sporting domain.
The Mov3 program aims to provide the foundation skills required for a range of sports, including Rugby Union, Swimming, Rugby League, Athletics, Basketball, Cricket, Softball, Netball, AFL, Touch Football, any form of Cycling and Triathlon. We hope this provides the opportunity for all in the community to be active.
