Amara Park
Endless green space at this park means plenty of room to play sports, run around or have a picnic!
Set to one side of the grass field you’ll find a fully shade covered, nature-inspired playground, with dry creek beds and natural timber elements throughout. Climb to the top of the tower on one of the many rope nets, and spin down the slide on your way back down. There are also swings, a seesaw and interactive elements dotted around the playground.
There is a picnic shelter and table, drinking fountain and rock seating throughout.
No toilet facilities available. Street parking along Skybury Street or Zucanna Avenue.
Accessibility
Access for people with disabilities includes pathways through parkland and to the playground.
Dog exercise areas
Dogs must be walked on a leash unless otherwise stated and are prohibited in all children's playground areas.
City of Gold Coast has numerous areas where you can exercise your dog off leash.
