Bayview Park

This neighbourhood park in Hollywell is a completely fenced, off leash dog park with dog agility equipment. There is also a second, smaller, fenced off leash area.

The park is not only for dogs, it also has two playgrounds:

• The larger playground is covered by a shade sail and includes climbing structure, slides, swings and spring rockers.
• The second playground is smaller and shaded by trees. On the Bayview Street side of the park, there's also a half-court basketball court with one hoop.

There are plenty of picnic shelters, tables, and seats in the park.

Access into the park is either along Bayview Street or Hyacinth Avenue. On street parking on these roads is available.

There are no toilets.

Dog exercise areas

This park has two fenced enclosures where dogs may be exercised off leash under effective control. There is also some dog agility equipment.

Dogs must always be on leash unless in a signed designated off leash area. Dogs are prohibited in children's playground areas. Tough penalties apply.

City of Gold Coast has many areas where you can exercise your dog off leash.
