Nestled along the banks of Currumbin Creek, Beree Badalla Reserve features a 650-metre boardwalk lined with sheltered seating areas, fishing platforms and a kayak launch. The shared pedestrian and cyclist path also offers a perfect vantage point to spot native wildlife. The reserve plays a vital role in supporting local biodiversity, providing habitat and refuge for a variety of native plants, birds, aquatic species and other wildlife that depend on the creek and surrounding natural areas for food, shelter and breeding.
The boardwalk has connections to Thrower Drive boat ramp and Tarrabora Reserve or into Salk Oval Parklands where there is further car parking, a small sandy beach and a skate park.
Note: Dogs must be walked on a leash unless otherwise stated and are totally prohibited in all children's playground areas.
There are many areas where dogs can be exercised off leash.
