This reserve holds a special place in the heart of the Gold Coast community as somewhere to enjoy nature, walk, sit, fish, kayak, swim and picnic.
The Beree-Badalla boardwalk is a shared pathway for pedestrians and bike riders. It features stunning views through the mangroves and out over Currumbin Creek and the estuary. The boardwalk finishes at Thrower Drive boat ramp, or you can continue the walk into Salk Oval Parklands where there is further car parking, a small sandy beach and a skate park.
Note: Dogs must be walked on a leash unless otherwise stated and are totally prohibited in all children's playground areas.
There are many areas where dogs can be exercised off leash.
