Charlie Hammel Park at Cabbage Tree Point is in north east Gold Coast, on the Logan River.
You will find a shady boat-themed playground located on the waterfront. It’s the perfect spot to let the kids have a play and enjoy a barbecue. The beach is tidal and best visited during high tide for swimming.

Note: Dogs must be walked on a leash unless otherwise stated and are prohibited in all children's playground areas.
City of Gold Coast has numerous areas where you can exercise your dog off leash.
