This reserve was purchased for the people of the Gold Coast using the Open Space Preservation Levy. It's an oasis of green space in an otherwise suburban setting, so it's a great place to get back to nature without having to travel a long way into the hinterland.
The reserve features a lovely short, flat walking track, which includes sections of boardwalk. It is an ideal spot for bird watching, with wetlands and big hollow trees that provide breeding places for water birds.
Access is via Tee Trees Boulevard or Tiger Drive.
This park is a dog prohibited area.
