Damian Leeding Memorial Park
Regatta Lake is in this park. You can use the lake for non-motorised water activities, including rowing, sailing, kayaking and model boats.
Please note: Take care when entering the lake as the shores fall quickly into deep water and the depth will vary with the tide. Due to the water quality, swimming is not permitted within the lake.
The park has a 3.9-kilometre walking track that loops around the lake. There is exercise equipment throughout the parkland, making it an ideal park for a walk, run or total workout.
The main playground is partially shade covered and unfenced. Younger children will love the emergency themed vehicles to ride on, as well as the swing set. There's also a flying fox and net climbing tower for older children.
There are several picnic shelters along the water’s edge all around the lake, making this a great spot for a picnic. Don’t forget to bring a ball as there are plenty of open green spaces.
There's a second playground with a picnic barbecue area on the corner of Regatta Avenue and Princeton Street. The playground has a slide, monkey bars, steering wheels, rockers and swings. All easily accessible for younger children.
Public toilet facilities are available as you enter Michael Shelley Way.
Onsite parking is on Michael Shelley Way. The public boat ramp is at the end of this car park.

Dogs must always be on leash unless in a signed designated off leash area. Dogs are prohibited in children's playground areas. Tough penalties apply.
