Deodar Park

Deodar Park playground

Designed for the kids who love slides, Deodar Park is home to a total of 7 slides, including a mega slide. Partly covered by shade sails, this small playground packs a lot in, with elements suitable for a range of ages. Here you will find climbing opportunities, a flying fox, interactive panels, swings, a seesaw, balance rope and tunnels.

Alongside the playground is a fenced BMX pump track, suited to older children who are confident riders. There is also a concrete basketball court and a large grassed area that allows for dogs off leash.

The park has a few picnic tables and a drinking fountain.

Dog exercise area

This park has an area where dogs may be exercised off-leash but under effective control - refer to the map below for details. Dogs must be walked on leash in all other areas.

A dog prohibited area is the signed part of a park, reserve, foreshore or beach where dogs are not permitted. Dogs are totally prohibited in all children's playground areas and within 200 metres of all flagged bathing areas.

Access for people with disabilities is limited to concrete pathways alongside the playground.
