Goodwin Park

Only a few blocks away from Coolangatta beach, this park features a skateboard facility, off leash dog exercise areas, playground, picnic shelters, barbecues, and public toilets.

The playground has swings, a see-saw, rockers. It’s fully fenced and completely covered with a shade sail.

You will find plenty of carparking in Jarvis Lane.

There's a large community sports field at the end of Jarvis Lane, perfect to kick around a ball or have a game of footy.

Dog exercise areas

There are 2 designated off leash areas where you can exercise your dog off leash, under effective control.

Dogs must always be on leash unless in a signed designated off leash area. Dogs are prohibited in children's playground areas. Tough penalties apply.

City of Gold Coast has many areas where you can exercise your dog off leash.
