Janette Green Park

Home to the Varsity Lakes skate park, this recreation park has excellent skateboarding facilities.

Features include a large bowl, quarter-pipe, gaps, and banks. As well as a great street section with stairs, curbs, handrails, and ledges.

Onsite carparking is on the corner of Cassia Drive and Mattocks Road. Toilet facilities are available including disabled access.

Free skateboarding workshops

For those wishing to learn how to skateboard, join our free Active & Healthy skateboard workshops. These workshops are for beginners who are starting out in the world of skateboarding.

There is also an all-girl ‘Go Girls’ skateboard workshop with a team of female skate coaches. No experience is required.

Accessibility

Access for people with disabilities includes pathways from the road and carpark towards the park facilities. Disabled toilets are available with plenty of seating around the park.
